Business Development Manager
Location: Opportunities for Hybrid or in person (Blandford Forum) Contract Type: Opportunities for both Part-time / Full-time work
We’re seeking experienced Business Development & Sales Professionals to support our growth and our clients’ business needs. We work across Decarbonisation, Marine, Contracting, and Construction, and are looking for specialists who can bring their networks, expertise, and industry knowledge to help us open doors, build relationships, and secure new opportunities.
This is not a junior sales role — it’s suited for business development experts who can operate autonomously, contribute strategically, and deliver results.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with SALINE’s focus sectors.
Build and nurture high-value client and partner relationships.
Lead conversations with decision-makers and stakeholders to unlock new opportunities.
Shape and execute tailored business development strategies for specific projects.
Provide market insight and strategic advice on positioning SALINE and its clients.
Collaborate with the wider SALINE team to ensure alignment of business development and delivery.
Report on outcomes, opportunities, and pipeline development.

Significant experience in business development, sales, or account growth.
Proven success in at least one of our core sectors: Decarbonisation, Marine, Contracting, or Construction.
Established networks and credibility within relevant industries.
Ability to operate independently, adapt to project needs, and deliver against agreed objectives.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience using HubSpot CRM (or similar) to track progress and opportunities.

Marketing Manager (Part-Time)
Location: Blandford Forum (in-person)
Contract Type: Part-Time (16–24 hours per week)
We are looking for an experienced and creative Part-Time Marketing Manager to support the marketing needs of both SALINE Business Services and our clients. This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll manage social media, run email campaigns, create content, update websites, and support event delivery. It’s perfect for someone who enjoys working across multiple brands and projects, is highly organised, and can manage their own time effectively.

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, and more).
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans across digital and traditional channels.
Design branded content (carousels, posts, and templates).
Monitor social media activity and support community engagement.
Create and send email campaigns through HubSpot (or similar platforms).
Manage and build contact databases, segment audiences, and report on campaign performance.
Write compelling content such as blogs, newsletters, case studies, and website copy.
Manage content updates on Squarespace, including uploading blogs, case studies, and updating service pages.
Plan and coordinate events (virtual and in-person) for both internal and client activities.
Manage event promotion through email, social media, and CRM campaigns.
Handle post-event follow-up communications and reporting.
Communicate directly with clients and stakeholders to understand marketing needs.
Oversee website performance and optimisation, ensuring SEO best practices.
Provide regular updates, ensure deadlines are met, and deliver quarterly strategy reports.

4+ years’ marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a management role.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects or client accounts.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
Proficiency in HubSpot (or similar CRM/email tools) for campaign management.
Excellent content writing skills (blogs, email, case studies, web copy).
Event planning and coordination experience (virtual and live).
Understanding of SEO principles, tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and algorithm updates.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and adapt campaigns.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines.
Creative thinker who thrives in a varied role.
Preferred:
Experience in a marketing agency or managing multiple client accounts.
Proven track record in B2B marketing.
Willingness to travel (up to 25%).

Multi-channel Marketer Apprentice
Location: Blandford Forum Contract Type: Apprenticeship – Multi-channel marketer (Level 3) Wage: £15,704 (National Minimum Wage rate for apprentices applies) Duration: 1 year 6 months
Join SALINE as a Multi-Channel Apprentice and kickstart your career in digital marketing and communications. You will gain hands-on experience across a range of platforms — from social media and email campaigns to web content and analytics — while supporting the delivery of innovative, client-focused solutions.
